Thank you for participating in the Library Service Quality and Satisfaction Survey. It should take approximately 25 minutes to complete the survey. Please read the directions carefully and complete all three sections.
Directions: Based on your experiences as a user of library services, please think about the ideal kind of library that would deliver an excellent service quality. Please indicate the extent to which you think such a library should possess the feature described by each of the statements listed below.
If you feel a feature is “of no importance” for excellent libraries, select the number “1” for “strongly disagree.”
If you feel a feature is “of highest importance” for excellent libraries, select “10” for “strongly agree.”
If your feelings are less strong, select one of the numbers in the middle.
If you have “no opinion,” however, please skip the statement.
Directions: The same set of statements relate to your feelings about the services offered by the Thomas University Library. For each statement, please show the extent to which you believe the library has the feature described by the statement.
Selecting a “1” means that you “strongly disagree” that the library has that feature.
Selecting a “10” means that you “strongly agree.”
You may select any of the numbers in the middle that reflect your feelings.
There are no right or wrong answers. All we are interested in is a number that truly conveys your feelings regarding excellent service quality in libraries. Your individual response will be kept confidential but will help us try to ensure that library services meet your expectations.
